• How do I ship my parts for service to XDParts.com?
  • Disassemble your firearm and send only the parts that we will be gunsmithing. We will remove and reinstall sights at no additional cost. The ATF permits you to send your firearms directly to a manufacturer for repair or refinishing. XDParts.com, LLC holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL). You may send your firearms directly to us provided they are shipped through a carrier such as UPS. Non-serialized parts such as a slides and barrels may be sent in any manner you like. • Do you ship outside of the US?
  • Yes, we do ship outside of the United States. However, all international orders must be under $200 per ITAR 22 CFR 123.17(A)(not including shipping) and we do not ship any slides, barrels, or receivers out of the U.S. XDparts.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are shipped outside of the United States.
   
• What type of graphics can I engrave on my XD?
  • We can engrave any black and white line drawings or graphics. We cannot engrave pictures with shading or color.
        
• Will the engravings rust?
• The engravings will not rust. The engravings at XdParts.com are a surface type engraving and do not penetrate into the metal. "Deep" engravings expose the bare metal which will rust when left in high humidity.

• All sales of Special Orders, Barrels, and Custom Gunsmith parts and services are final

• Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return merchandise in the original unmarked packages. The merchandise and packaging must be in resalable condition

• Merchandise returned after 30 days from the date of purchase is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• XdParts.com, LLC charges a $25.00 fee for returned checks

• Replacement parts will be sent to the customer when one of XdParts.com, LLC certified armors declares the manufactures materials and or craftsmanship as defective
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable

 

IT IS THE PURCHASERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE ABSOLUTLY CERTAIN THAT ANY PARTS ORDERED ARE CORRECTLY INSTALLED AND FITTED. IMPROPER FITTING OF PARTS MAY RESULT IN A DANGEROUS MALFUNCTIONING, DAMAGE TO THE FIREARM AND SERIOUS INJURY TO THE SHOOTER AND OTHER PERSONS. THE PURCHASER AND INSTALLER OF PARTS MUST ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILTY FOR CORRECT ADJUSTMENT AND FUNCTIONING AFTER SUCH INSTALLATION.
